RESULTS Version 2 and table relationships
This notebook entry discusses the reasoning behind a change in the
way relationships are defined from RESULTS Version 1 to RESULTS
Version 2.
In RESULTS Version 1, you could choose the following tables in this
order: ORDER, CUSTOMER, ORDER-LINE.
In RESULTS Version 2, you do not have the choice to choose ORDER-LINE
once you have chosen the CUSTOMER table.
This is due to the introduction of Master Detail type reports.
and outer joins. When trying to perform some calculations with this
design, if you had the option to do Master Detail some calculations
were not performed correctly due to this design.
