CAUSE:
HP-UX 11 OS indicates a transient resource issue caused by kernel settings
FIX:
Progress posts the messages above to indicate inappropriate kernel settings.
Please contact HP Technical Support as this error ENOBUFS indicates a need to tune the HP kernel for network buffers.
Although the specific need to tune the kernel may be related to Progress / OpenEdge, there may be other applications which need network buffers as well so it is best to discuss with HP the appropriate means to find the best settings for all applications on the system.
