GOAL:
Bug 20020124-012 was patched in 9.1C (patch number varies depending on OS).
was also fixed in 9.1D in Service Pack 2.
SYMPTOM(s):
The server or the system has no more resources. Try a larger -n. (748)
CHANGE:
Client modified settings for several databases within their conmgr.properties (increasing values for -n).
When database server was started, the first use who tried to connect to the database froze and no further connections were possible to the database.
