SYMPTOM(s):
Microsoft Debugger stopping installation of Progress.
CAUSE:
The Microsoft Development package has been installed on this machine.
The automatic debugging function is apparently catching some error condition within our installation routine and launching the Debugger.
FIX:
Disable the MicroSoft Automatic debugging function or uninstall the MicroSoft debugging package to allow our installation to complete.
