GOAL:
Analyzing the connection string in dataserv.lg file
GOAL:
More info on message 2689, "user: X"
FIX:
Whatever the Oracle username is, when connecting to Oracle through a DataServer Broker, you have in dataserv.lg file the message:
ORACLE SERVER pdb: <database> user: X Service: <service>
Login to dataserver db as user X. (2689)
When connecting to Oracle from the DataServer Client, you have in dataserv.lg file the message:
LOCAL ORACLE USER pdb: <database> ldb: <logical-db-name>
Login to dataserver db as user <oracle-username>. (2689)
The user identifier is within the message 2690 for the two types of connection.
1. Connection through a DataServer Broker
ORACLE SERVER pdb: <database> user: <oracle-username> Service: <service>
Logoff from dataserver db as user <oracle-username>. (2690)
2. Connection from DataServer Client
LOCAL ORACLE USER pdb: <database> ldb: <logical-db-name>
Logoff from dataserver db as user <oracle-username>. (2690)
