When using a SmartToolBar, clicking the Update icon causes all other icons on the SmartToolBar to become disabled with the exception of the Cancel icon
FACT(s) (Environment):

CHANGE:
Upgraded to 9.1D
CAUSE:
The SmartToolBar has been changed so that it (correctly) enables the Save and Reset icons only after a change has been made to the record.
FIX:
Edit the data in the SmartDataViewer that is controlled by the SmartToolBar then the Save and Reset icons will become enabled
