SYMPTOM(s):
Log into one database, but see data dictionary from different database.
CAUSE:
Number of Progress processes running after the databases were shut down.
FIX:
Shut down all databases.
Make sure all lock files are gone.
Remove any processes related to Progress.
Restart the databases.
