An error occurred opening the type library for the control
OCX is written in Visual Basic 6
Problem happens sporadically
FACT(s) (Environment):
Progress 9.1D
Windows 2000
CAUSE:
Somehow the OCX has gotten registered under the HKEY_USERS hive instead of the normal hive (HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT)
FIX:
Remove corrupt entries from the registry (no OCX should ever have entries in the HKEY_USERS hive)
