Only use 'Safe Database' if you have opted to restrict administrative access to the database. That is, you accessed the security option in the database and disabled the access of anonymous users then registered a DBA user and restricted the access of other users, leaving only DBA access. Only in this case you have to go to the 'Safe Database' screen and enter user and password.
Important: User and password information is not stored in any file or console location, it is saved only in the memory. If you need to close the console and come back later, you will have to select your environment and return to the 'Safe Database' screen, then enter DBA user and password of the database.
