Menu: Environment > Updates
First select the environment you want to upgrade from 'Configured Environments' and click 'Updates'.
To download a new update click:
'New': Console directs to the Update Download screen.
'Delete': Deletes the update downloaded in the 'Update' list.
'Process parameters': These parameters do not belong to the console, but to the update process that will be performed in the environment.
'Customize': Use this screen to customize the update process.
'Apply': The update process begins as soon as you download and customize it. The console quickly checks the settings to identify if there is any inconsistency in the configuration of the environment.
Once validated, TOTVS receives a message stating that a particular update is being applied to the environment. When the update is complete, another message is sent with the details, including the update log. TOTVS Webservice returns a message stating which is the version of the Datasul Product related to the environment after the update. It considers all required stages of the update against those successfully completed to determine the version of the environment. This information is not transmitted only in the anonymous operating mode, consequently the Console is not able to automatically update the version of the environment.
