This error even when appears in the SonicMQ Bridge Server side is related to licensing issues in the TIBCO daemon which the Bridge Server is trying to connect, this message is broadcast to all the client connections of the TIBCO server.
We can use the "tibrvlisten test" command to verify that this message is generated from the TIBCO daemon.
FIX:
Check the TIBCO license and update it as needed
