Error 437, 6142 when connecting to SQL Server Database using MSS SQL Server DataServer
Disconnected from server because database name was incorrect. (437)
Failed to connect to the <db-type> database. (6142)

CAUSE:
Progress SQL Server DataServer has been installed on top of another Progress product (like Provision).
FIX:
Install all the products at the same time if you are going to share the same folder. Then set the environment variable MSSSRV to _msssrv.exe.
