Currently, Progress replication is based on 4GL-code implementation, so any version of progress could have a replication implementation.
Since Progress 8.3 we provides a replication toolkit that is 4GL-based. For Development licenses we provide a replication toolkit to help you with this implementation. See Progress Solution P4310, What is the Data Replication Toolkit sample source code for more information.
