GOAL:
Are remote SQL connections allowed with a Progress database?
FIX:
Remote connections are allowed with Workgroup and Enterprise database licenses. However, Personal Database does not allow remote client connections as it is for Development. Personal database comes with a Provision or 4GL license, and as a separate product.
