CAUSE:
Progress installation was using the incorrect JAVA environment for Fathom 2.0A and Progress 9.1C
FIX:
Update the JAVA environment on 9.1C installation. For Fathom 2.0A the minimum level is Java full version J2RE 1.3.0 IBM build cal130-20020177, also known as 1.3.0 patch 9.
