SYMPTOM(s):
ActiveX client not working with JRE 1.3.0(-C)
CAUSE:
Running International (non-English) version of Windows.
FIX:
This can be solved two different ways.
1) In the General tab of the Regional settings, change the location to English
2) Download JRE 1.3.0 with international support, which can be found at http://java.sun.com/products/archive/j2se/1.3.0/jre/index.html
