SYMPTOM(s):
SYSTEM-DIALOG PRINTER-SETUP does not work on WINDOWS XP platform
SYSTEM-DIALOG PRINTER-SETUP does work on WINDOWS ME and WINDOWS 98 platform
User permissions are Administrator
On selection of printer-setup, screen grays and nothing happens
Unable to re-create on another XP machine
Result of get-PRINTERS() returns the correct printers setup for environment

FIX:
Uninstall and re-install the printers on the XP client.
