Microsoft Visual C++ v2.0 No Support ESQL HLI HLC 7.3A win
We do not support Microsoft Visual C++ v2.0 with any of our products
to do HLI/C, ESQL or any probuilding. This includes v7.3xx and
older releases of Progress.
v2.0 is a 32-bit only development environment. Our v7.3A/B and 7.4A
Windows products will all continue to be 16 bit products based on
Visual C++ v1.5.
Visual C++ v1.5 is supported for HLI/C, ESQL and probuild on all v7
releases as well as the latest versions of v6 on windows and dos.
(NOT OS/2, which only supports Microsoft C v6)
