Database shuts down abnormally occasionally
Database starts up after crash without incident.
User <num> died holding <num> shared memory locks. (5026)

CAUSE:
Bug# 20010608-003
FIX:
This problem was patched on HPUX and HPUX 11 in patch 8.3D05, and fixed in 8.3E of Progress. Recommend either installing patch or upgrade to 8.3E of Progress.
