Can't set vertical rectangle width pixel to 1 in UIB
Start the UIB and create a window. Insert a verticle rectangle.
Access it's property sheet and push the Advanced... button. Set
Generated Code Layout Unit to Pixels and Width Pixels to 1. Then run
the procedure. The UIB comes up with an error message. After clicking
the message away you can scroll through the code preview. Look at the
DEFINE RECTANGLE statement and see that the attribute SIZE-PIXELS has
a value of 0. this is bug 94-12-01-019
