SYMPTOM(s):
Unable to install Java packages from C:\WINNT\JAVA\classes\xmldso.cab
The class is not registered.
The error is followed by a message stating that the Progress Shared Network Installation was not completed.
The above error may occur during a NetSetup on a client.
CAUSE:
The error seems to be caused by a lack of a Java Virtual Machine (JVM)
FIX:
Install the Java Virtual Machine (JVM) on the client prior to the Progress installation.
