FACT(s) (Environment):
Progress 9.1C
SYMPTOM(s):
Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error 1114 (MERANT 3.60 32-BIT Progress SQL92 v9.1C).
The error occurs when making the connection from PHP or ASP to the Progress database.
CAUSE:
The error is caused by a bug in the commercial version of Progress 9.1C.
FIX:
Apply the latest patch for 9.1C where the bug is fixed or upgrade to 9.1D.
