SYMPTOM(s):
Can't start the Fathom Trend Database (fathom.db)
Error in trend database log file.
This version of PROGRESS does not support a database
server. (1733)
Two installs of the same version of Progress are on the machine.
CAUSE:
One of the two installation does not have a database license. For example, one installation has Enterprise Database and 4GL Development license. The other install has only a Webspeed.
FIX:
Set PROCFG variable to point to the installation with a Database license.
