SYMPTOM(s):
Netsetup terminates unexpectedly with no error messages
Prior versions of Progress existed on the machine
Netsetup left registry entries for Progress but did not complete the setup.
Removing all Progress related registry keys did not allow Netsetup to complete
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Operating System was reinstalled, then Progress NetSetup completed without error.
