Date, Month, Year & Time will vary in WebSpeed versions prior to 3.1B (with patch)
In WebSpeed 3.1B the following will be displayed:

The directory defined (PATH=) is dependent upon the virtual directory system defined on the Web server. This information is specific to system configuration.
The application cannot run .r code.
The application is not setting or using cookies.
All static html files, located within the root directory of the Web server pass and correctly display page format.
CAUSE:
The radio button, 'Session Connection ID' within the messenger properties is enabled. The button should be disabled, since the feature has not been implemented.
FIX:
Disable 'Session Connection ID'
