Date, Month, Year & Time will vary in WebSpeed versions prior to 3.1B (with patch)

In WebSpeed 3.1B the following will be displayed:
Set-Cookie: SERVER_CONNECTION_ID=; expires=Wed, 02-Jan-1991
00:00:00 GMT;
path=scripts/messenger/WService=wsbroker1

The directory defined (PATH=) is dependent upon the virtual directory system defined on the Web server. This information is specific to system configuration.

The application cannot run .r code.

The application is not setting or using cookies.

All static html files, located within the root directory of the Web server pass and correctly display page format.

The Database is down

FIX:

Verify that the database is up and running. As always, connect to database via a gui client or another type of progress client (other than WebSpeed agent).
