File loads in browser with broken links.
Icon appears to have to do with PSDN installation
CAUSE:
File is out of date. The file actually contain a snap shot of the PSDN home page. The PSDN home page has changed which renderes some links and objects as broken.
FIX:
Go to the PSDN homepage at http://psdn.progress.com/ for the most up to date information regarding PSDN.
