server returns the message OLE Server couldn't be started Starting the services on the server.
services started with a user that has valid access rights to the chosen filepath,
services started with a user that has a valid email address set up for notification.
FIX:
On the Report Server machine you need to have the MicroSoft Office Kit Professional installed
