SYMPTOM(s):
SQL Explorer (SQL client) cannot connect to database
Server locks up and the connection fails
The following messages are in the database .lg file
Failure during jumsgprocessinit (1)
Could not spawn a SQL server. (8842)
Error writing msg, socket=<n> errno=10054 usernum=<n> disconnected. (796)
Connecting to local database
No errors or problems are seen in Progress 9.1C

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00073683
FIX:
This problem does not occur on Windows NT/2000/XP with Progress 9.1D.
