Customers should *NEVER* use -bibufsize.
IT IS NOT SUPPORTED and will cause the database to become corrupt.
-bibufsize is a 6.3E only feature that allowed BI subsystem to
perform multi-block I/O by allocating buffers that contain more
than one BI block - it was left in the final product to allow
performance benchmarks to use for testing but was not documented
because it didn't work.
In V7, we provided adjustable BI blocksize via -biblocksize which
works great and -biblocksize 8 is encouraged for everyone.
