CHANGE:
Database Migration
CAUSE:
These error messages were because the sequence values from the old Database to the new one weren't transfered.
This is a manual step to be done before running DCU.
FIX:
Reinstall Dynamics 2.0A.
Transfer the sequence values from old Database to new Database before run DCU.
