AdminServer is started with a network account
Account assigned to Administrators group
SYMPTOM(s):
!-0099Error starting JVM, error 1314.
SvcControlCmd.connectToService() failure: Unable to connect to the service
process at rmi://hostname:20931/brokername(after 2 retries) (8171)
CAUSE:
Required privileges are not held by network account
FIX:
Make sure following rights are all assigned to this account:
- Administrator.
- Log on as a service.
- Log on as batch job.
- Act as part of the operating system.
- Increase quotas.
- Create a token object.
- Replace a process level token.
