SYMPTOM(s):
Error occurs after a user is able to successfully log into the database with the same userid.
After two users are able to login that the 1007 error message occurs.

SYSTEM ERROR: bkrlsbuf: cannot release buffer lock,use count 0 is invalid. (1051)
SYSTEM ERROR: Releasing regular latch. latchId: 20 (502)
CAUSE:
An unexpected attempt was made to release a buffer. The buffers appears as not locked and an internal consistence check shutdown the database to protect it from risk of corruption.

FIX:
Upgrade the server to 8.3E.
