Webspeed brokers loosing the connection with the Database
After some inactivity time, the Webspeed brokers lose the connection with the database.
The database is remote and there is a Router on the configuration
CAUSE:
The router has a property called "connect on demand" which disconnect the router from the service if there was not activity and was causing the disconnection of the web-brokers to the database.
FIX:
Deactivate the property "connect on demand" on the router, then the web-brokers will able to have a stable connection to the database.
