V6FRAME is NOT an option in the PROGRESS.INI file for 7.3A
For Version 7.3A, V6FRAME is ignored if it is set in the PROGRESS.INI
file (or any other .INI file used at startup.) The V6FRAME keyword
should be used only as a FRAME option or a compile option.
