GPF when starting a database
CHANGE:
Accidentally unzipped promsgs belongs to Fathom 1.0A on the top of %DLC% directory
CAUSE:
Progress promsgs files came with Fathom 1.0A are not in sync with Progress 9.1D promsgs
FIX:
Stop all Progress services (ie Databases and AdminServer) and put back your favourite promsgs.xxx from %DLC%/prolang/xxx as a %DLC%/promsgs and start again your Progress services
