CAUSE:
Problems with the device configuration on the Operating System.
FIX:
a) If the system is set to auto-mount the CD, try disabling the
auto-mount and mounting the CD manually as outlined in the Progress
Installation Guide for UNIX.
b) Try circumventing the CDROM by copying the contents of the CD to a
temporary directory and installing from there.
