Can't start ProControl
New installation
Missing registry entries.
CAUSE:
The installation of a new version of Progress was done over a previous installation of a different version.
FIX:
Uninstall Progress using the Windows add/remove programs utility found in the Control Panel.
Reinstall Progress.
