How to determine which license applies to a system
FIX:
-Use showcfg %DLC%\progress.cfg to see what products are installed.
For more information about showcfg, see the Progress System Admin
Reference.
-If progress.cfg appears to contain all the correct products,
then check your environment variables (especially DLC and PROCFG)
to make sure they are pointing to the correct progress.cfg file.
