Port 11 is Progress Sun Solaris SPARC 32-bit Product
Port 39 is Progress Sun Solaris SPARC 64-bit Product

CAUSE:
Installing Progress Solaris 64-bit Service Pack onto an existing 32-bit installation of Progress.
FIX:
Install Progress Service Pack consistent with the product you are running.
