Univel UnixWare SPX Server - 733 Server Unavailable why?

Error 733: Server {servername} unavailable when trying to
connect to a Univel UnixWare server with any client using
the SPX protocol is caused by the following:

1) The value to the -S startup and database name are
case sensitive on both the server and client startups.
Check to make sure you have used the same case on
both the server startup and client startup.

2) You must be running UnixWare v1.1. UnixWare v1.0 will
not work.

3) Univel's Unixware IPX/SPX implementation will use
the 'Ethernet_II' frame type by default. Therefore
you must use the same frame type on the client
machine. On the UnixWare machine, this is defined
in the /etc/NPSConfig file. On the PC client machine
this is done in the net.cfg file. Please see the
Novell documentation on how to change these values.

*NOTE* to verify that the UnixWare database server is up
and running, type 'display servers' at a Novell
Netware console prompt. You will see the service
name (-S) listed if it is running properly. If
you do not see the service name, you must make
sure you have properly started the database server.
