SYMPTOM(s):
probkup database offline via a script fails
Using probkup with -vs option to control size of files being created during backup.
Error "File size limit exceeded. (3697)"
Backup terminated due to errors. (1617)
CAUSE:
Script was missing a "pause" statement.
FIX:
Modify the script to include a pause statement after the shutdown command and test to ensure database is shutdown prior to performing the backup.
