More than one Progress installation on machine
Progress 9.1A is also installed on this machine
CHANGE:
Uninstalled and Re-installed same Progress 8.3B
CAUSE:
Environment variables pointing to Progress 9.1A instead of Progress 8.3B
FIX:
The Environment Variables must be pointing to the correct location of the installation before installing. Re-set environment variables to point to the correct installation of Progress that is being started.
