Upgrade to the latest version of Progress is not possible.

Bug# 20020124-012
CAUSE:
This is a known issue.
FIX:
The workaround is to have a smaller shared memory segment for the database, by downsizing the startup parameters -B, -bibufs or -aibufs (if AI is enabled).
