This Progress Software Technical Support Knowledgebase entry has
questions for you to answer to help Technical Support analyze
your problems regarding any DOS/DOS LAN problems you might be
having:
PROCEDURAL APPROACH:

Please answer the following questions in a detailed manner.
1. What type of hardware (terminal, manufacturer) are you
running with?
2. What type of video card (board) especially monitor
(EGA/VGA/MONO) are you using?
3. How much memory? Please report information on both:
a. Results of WHATMEM
b. Results of CHKDSK
4. What type of BIOS (AWARD, AMI, etc) with date and serial
number (if available)?
5. What DOS version and vendor (COMPAQ, IBM, MicroSoft, etc)
are you using?
6. What version of PROGRESS are you using?
7. Are you using any other Device Drivers and/or TSR's? If
you are, please list all of them.
