setcolor allows the user to set the screen color on a color console.
This could be very helpful to our customers who are having problems
with the black shadows around their graphics characters. The syntax of
the command is as follows: setcolor -[nbrgopc] arg1[arg2]
options: -n set the screen to "normal" white on black. color[color]
sets foreground and Background colors. -b color sets the background
color. -r color color sets reverse video. -g color color sets graphic
characters -o sets the color of the screen border. -p sets the pitch
and duration of the bell. -c first last sets the first and last scan
lines of the cursor.
