The proutil conv45 command requires truncated bi
890605-hjb00The proutil conv45 command requires that the database was previously
truncated in version 4 with the proutil -C truncate bi option. This
means that customers who have already loaded version 5 and deleted
version 4 must then reinstall version 4 to perform the proutil -C
truncate bi. We unfortunately do not inform them of this prior to
installing version 5. An entry will go in the version 5 technical
bulletin, but they may not read this before installation. Most likely
we'll create a release note to go out with all new v5 installs. For
now, warn customers when possible.
