6.2A HLI, dyndemo, select * from cust - errors 1763 & 962

$DLC/prohli/c/samples in the following manner produces
the following errors:
1) prodb hltest demo
2) c_appl
3) connect hltest -1
4) select * from customer
** No reference to array fields without subscript in
Embedded SQL. (1763)
** Table customer not found. (962)
5) select * from order
(shows data - data omitted from this example)
6) quit
SYSTEM ERROR: Memory Violation. (49)
Quit - core dumped.
This is a bug, # 90-03-28-51 for 6.2A. Fixed in 6.2C.
