890711-JEP01This error occurs randomly, in the PROGRESS message area on the
screen. There are no apparent side effects from it. The earliest
known release for the error is V5.2A on the NCR Tower 32/6xx, NCR
Tower 32/4xx, and these Towers' sister machines (e.g., UNISYS
5000/55).
On procedures which require no user interaction, placing a "PAUSE 0
BEFORE-HIDE" at the beginning of the procedure and a "PAUSE
BEFORE-HIDE." At the end may help to avoid having to press the
spacebar every time the error message comes up.
The earliest release to fix the problem is V5.2D. -8/16/89: There
are not patches available for 5.2A tower machines-
