GOAL:
How to set the TMP environment variable in DOS/Windows?
FIX:
Make sure the customers TMP environment variable is set to a LOCAL drive with a line similar to "SET TMP=C:\SWAPDIR" in their AUTOEXEC.BAT file. Also have customer verify that the directory exists and that the spelling matches.
